REFUND POLICY

- Our policy lasts 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our products and want a refund, and if its been less than 30 days since your last order, you will receive 100% back on your purchase made.
- If it's been more than 30 days, unfortunately we can't offer a refund or exchange but please call us. We want your business and want to make it right. We will do whatever we can to help you.
- Products being returned or exchanged, to qualify for a 100% refund, must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email and will also notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved for a refund, then it will be processed and applied automatically to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
- If you haven't received your refund, first check your bank and then contact your credit card company. It may take time before your refund is posted.
- Unfortunately, sale-priced items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning items.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on where you live, the time it takes for you to receive your exchanged product may vary.
- If you are shipping items over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
